When I booked a taxi online from Heathrow to Cambridge, I was fortunate to have Jay assigned to do the pick-up at Heathrow. It was a smooth trip to Cambridge, and I was in very good hands. Subsequently, I booked Jay and his service to pick up family members from Heathrow and drive them to Cambridge, then on three separate occasions used Executive Line Chauffeurs for trips from Cambridge to Heathrow, both with Jay and other drivers. The unanimous consensus is that they were extremely reliable, giving us ample cues as to pick up times and locations, and getting us to our flights with plenty of time, the rides were comfortable, the service excellent, and altogether stress free. I would have no hesitation in recommending this particular limousine service.
