Gatwick to Cambridge Chauffeur Transfer

North Terminal or South Terminal
Gatwick has two terminals, North and South, linked by a short shuttle train. Your airline decides which one you arrive at, and we check it against your flight number before the chauffeur sets off.
Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals area of your terminal with a name board once you've collected your luggage and cleared customs. Your booking confirmation has the meeting instructions and your chauffeur's contact details.
Flights from the Caribbean, the US and long-haul holiday routes often land early in the morning. Whatever the hour, we track the flight live and you get 60 minutes of free waiting.
The drive from Gatwick to Cambridge
Distance: about 95 miles. Typical drive: 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes. Main roads: M23, M25 and M11.
Cambridge is about 95 miles from Gatwick. The usual route is the M23 north onto the M25, round the eastern side through the Dartford Crossing, or the western side, depending on traffic, then the M11. Allow 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes. The chauffeur picks the faster side of the M25 on the day.
On a long run like this, comfort matters: our E-Class and S-Class have rear-seat legroom to sleep in, and the V-Class takes a family with everything they packed.
Chauffeur, train or coach?
By train you'd take the Thameslink or Gatwick Express into London, then change for Cambridge, often at London Bridge, St Pancras or King's Cross. Expect two hours or more, with luggage at every change, and a taxi at the far end for most addresses.
For two or more people, or anyone arriving after a night flight, a chauffeur is usually the calmer option: one car, door to door, at a price fixed before you land.
