Cambridge to Wellcome Sanger Institute
The Wellcome Sanger Institute is based on the Wellcome Genome Campus beside Hinxton, south of Cambridge. The campus brings together major genomics and computational-biology organisations and receives international scientific, academic and business visitors. Hinxton sits just off the M11, south of Cambridge, which makes Stansted especially convenient: typically 20 to 30 minutes by car. Heathrow is usually 80 to 110 minutes and Luton about an hour. The campus is a short drive from Cambridge hotels if your delegates are staying in the city.
Conferences and courses
For meetings with many international speakers, we can plan arrivals across the day: each delegate's flight is tracked, and they're met in arrivals with a name board. Groups landing together can travel in the Mercedes V-Class, which takes up to 6 passengers and their luggage.
Organisers can book every transfer under one corporate account with a single monthly invoice. At the end of the meeting we take delegates back to the airport, timed around their departures.
Visiting scientists and staff
Visiting researchers often need more than one journey: airport to hotel, hotel to campus each morning, and back again. Book them together and the chauffeur arrives at the same time each day.
