We will collect your personal information from our direct interactions with you, including using automated processes. We also collect additional information from chauffeurs, as described below.

Information We Collect Directly From You

You may provide us with personal information through our website, mobile app or by corresponding with us via phone, email or otherwise. This includes personal information you provide when you:

• create an account on our website or through our mobile apps;
• request marketing to be sent to you;
• enter a competition, promotion or survey;
• contact us about working as a chauffeur-partner; or
• provide feedback or, in the case of a business account, request our sales team to get in touch with you.

• Passenger Location Data — for relevant search results.
• Chauffeur Location Data — to match available chauffeurs and calculate journey details.
• Contact Data — including your email address, telephone numbers and postal code.
• Financial Data — bank account and payment card details for processing payments.
• Transaction Data — details about payments and services purchased.
• Technical Data — IP address, login data, browser type, etc.
• Preference Data — preferences, feedback and survey responses.

• Chauffeur Data — CV, ID documents, driving licence, etc.
• Journey Ratings — feedback on chauffeur performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to provide and personalise our services, deal with enquiries, comply with legal obligations, and for advertising and marketing purposes.

3. Our Use of Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our website and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. We then use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location and which booking, phone or WhatsApp links are clicked, and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) to measure our Facebook and Instagram advertising. We do not send your name, contact details, flight or booking details to either service. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page.

If you decline or do not answer, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and the Meta Pixel is not loaded. We do use Google Consent Mode, which sends Google limited, cookieless signals (for example that a page was viewed or a booking link was clicked) without any cookie or identifier being stored on your device. Google uses these only in aggregate to measure how well our adverts work.

4. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with chauffeurs (for journeys), service providers, business partners, and law enforcement agencies when necessary and required by law.

5. Information Security and Storage

We implement technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your personal information. We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal requirements.
