Arrival
Stansted has one passenger terminal, so there's no confusion about where to go. After passport control and baggage reclaim, walk through into the public arrivals hall, where your chauffeur will be waiting with a name board.
If you'd rather walk straight out to the car, you can choose Express pickup instead. You meet the chauffeur at the airport's Express Pick-Up area, and the price is £87 for an E-Class instead of £95. Choose one or the other when you book: the calculator never charges both.
We track your flight and adjust the pickup if it lands early or late. You have 60 minutes of free waiting, which is plenty for most European arrivals.

The drive is about 30 miles, almost all of it on the M11, and usually takes 35 to 55 minutes. It's one of the most predictable airport runs into Cambridge, which is why many visitors and university staff choose Stansted.
We drop off anywhere in Cambridge and the surrounding villages: city-centre hotels, the colleges, Cambridge North and the main station, the Biomedical Campus, the Science Park, Granta Park and Babraham. Group arrivals can be split across several cars arriving together.
There's a direct train from Stansted to Cambridge, roughly once an hour, taking about 35 minutes. It's good value if you're travelling light and staying near the station. Most Cambridge addresses still need a taxi from the station at the other end.
A chauffeur makes sense when you land late at night, have several bags or children with you, or need to reach a campus or village the train doesn't serve. One booking covers the whole journey, at a fixed price.
