Cambridge, England: 70 miles from Heathrow
British Airways, American Airlines, United, Delta and Virgin Atlantic fly direct from across the US to Heathrow, most of them overnight. Cambridge is about 70 miles north. Rather than finding your way across London by train after a night flight, your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board and drives you straight there, usually in 75 to 110 minutes.
The price is fixed before you fly and includes meet and greet, with 60 minutes of free waiting and no charge if the flight is late.
